Practicing yoga in May helps increase vitality, boost circulation and metabolism, and support the body’s natural detox processes as daylight lengthens and serotonin levels rise. The Aegean sun, gentle breeze, and blooming landscape create an ideal environment to reconnect with your body and embrace new beginnings through mindful movement and breath.

Welcome to the Wellness & Yoga Mykonos Retreat — a 5-day / 4-night escape designed for anyone who needs a gentle pause from daily life.
No yoga experience is required — just an open heart and the desire to relax, move, and recharge under the Mykonian sun.
Hosted by Mikaela Vasileiadi, founder of Mykonos Yoga & Wellness, and her team, this retreat takes place at the beautiful Anerousses Mykonos Villas — a sea-view sanctuary created for rest, connection, and renewal.

Each morning and evening includes mindful yoga or wellness practices, blending asana, breathwork, and meditation to harmonize body and mind. You’ll also receive a wellness gift and a mindful journal to help you reflect and deepen your journey.
All workshops and sessions are optional — you are free to join as many as you like or simply relax and enjoy your time. This retreat is about flowing at your own rhythm.
We’ll open the journey with a family-style bonding dinner on the first evening, gathering as a group to share food, smiles, and stories.
Each day includes fresh, healthy, protein-based breakfasts and homemade dinners, lovingly prepared by Anna & Eva, the heart of Anerousses. You’ll also enjoy a traditional cooking lesson with them — a beautiful experience of Greek family hospitality and authentic flavors.
One evening is left open for you to explore Mykonos Town, enjoy a night out, or have dinner by the sea — a perfect moment to connect with the island’s vibrant spirit.
During your free time, you can swim in the Aegean, relax by the pool, or discover Mykonos’ hidden beaches. There will also be optional excursions, such as a boat trip to Delos — the sacred and secret island, or a creative mosaic art workshop for those who wish to explore their artistic side.
Throughout the retreat, expect moments of laughter, stillness, self-reflection, and connection — all surrounded by the natural beauty of Mykonos, where every sunset feels like a gentle reminder to slow down and simply be.

Cancellation Policy:
Deposits are non-refundable after the due date.
Cancellations made more than 60 days before the retreat may transfer their deposit to another person or a future retreat.
Cancellations made within 60 days of the retreat are non-refundable.
If the retreat is cancelled by the organizer, all payments will be fully refunded.
